Please review the handout provided at registration or the CCMS handbook posted on our school website. There are a few new school guidelines students will be expected to follow. Please read the document and pay special attention to our new SOS policy, the use of cell phones/electronic devices at school, and the dress code.

Our 7th graders did a cross-curricular lab activity with all their teachers Thursday, learning about ancient Egypt and the mummification process. They mummified apples! Check out these hard workers!
CCMS is excited to announce we will be having a book fair this Thursday, 3/10-Thursday, 3/17. Students will be visiting during their CCR classes and may bring money to purchase books at that time. We are even more excited to announce that through a Community Foundation grant, partnered with our PTO and Student Council, every student will receive $5 to purchase a book. There will be several titles in that price range for our students to purchase. You may also check out their website to see a full list of books for purchase. Every dollar spent helps to supply our library with new books for our kids. Thanks for your support!

Help support CCMS- We will be starting a new Texas Roadhouse fundraiser for our middle school. These funds will be used to help buy supplies for our drawings, lunch with friends, and prizes for POWER buck carts! Envelopes will go home on Monday, 11/15, and are due back Monday, 11/22 . We can put your business logo on the front for you! Prizes for the top two sellers over $1000. Thank you for supporting CCMS!

Just a reminder: Picture retakes will be tomorrow morning!
Halloween Dance next Friday, October 29th from 3:30-5:30. Light concessions will be available. Tickets will be $5 and sold Monday through Thursday of next week at lunch. They will be $6 Friday at the door. Costumes are welcomed, but not required!
